About DryPaT
DryPaT is a partnership established in 2017 by Rudy Arn and Manuel Villanueva. After working together for years in the drywall/paint/trim sector, we decided to branch off and form DryPaT. We aim to make the construction industry's drywall, paint, and trim contracting flow better than we have seen elsewhere.
DryPaT has now grown to include dozens of local, respected General Contractors as their customers. We are proud members of the local HBA and have performed our trades on several award-winning Parade of Homes projects.

Rudy Arn
Rudy Arn has been in the construction industry since his graduation from Tennessee Technological University in 2005, with degrees in Management and Marketing. Since then, he's worked for various homebuilders, then subcontractors, before starting DryPaT with Manuel Villanueva in 2017. When he's not working or building investment properties of his own, Rudy enjoys time with his family and training for his next triathlon.
Manuel Villanueva
Manuel Villanueva, a native of Monterrey, Mexico, came to the United States in 1998 with the goal of achieving the American Dream. He started working for a prominent paint, drywall, and trim contracting company in Middle Tennessee and steadily climbed up the ranks to eventually become its leader. In 2017, Manuel teamed up with Rudy Arn to establish DryPaT, a company dedicated to providing exceptional service to the local industry. Outside of work, Manuel spends time with his wife and three children, as well as riding his motorcycle and bowling.
